How much does Cortec ERP cost?
Licences are charged per module and per concurrent user. Every user needs the base module at CHF 15.– per month, plus the modules they work with. With the base module and financial accounting, prices start at CHF 40.– per user and month; the starter package (base module, order management, customers/suppliers, products, receivables/payables) costs CHF 65.–. Licences can be adjusted every month, and all prices exclude VAT. The full price list is at cortecag.ch/en/pricing.
What does “concurrent user” mean?
A licence covers one user logged in at the same time per module. If, for example, four people work with financial accounting but never more than two at once, you need two licences.
Can I change the number of licences later?
Yes, licences can be increased or reduced every month as needed.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription can be cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of a month.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
What do modules without a price in the list cost?
