Can I sell subscriptions covering several performances?
Yes. A subscription combines several performances, and you assign fixed seats. Single tickets, for example for a companion, are added directly to the subscription.
How does the audience receive the tickets?
When buying online, they choose the delivery method: electronically by e-mail and Wallet, by post or for collection. You decide which delivery methods are offered.
How do I set ticket prices?
Via the performance type: it determines the prices per seat category and booking level. For a single performance you adjust the prices as needed.
How is admission checked?
With the scanner app. It reads the QR code of the ticket or subscription.
Can I add Theatre to my cinema?
Yes. If your cinema runs the Cinema module, you install Theatre as an add-on and manage cinema and stage in the same system.
